Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission is a Federal Statutory Body established by an Act of Parliament, under Section 3 of Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission Act 2009 [Act 700] which was gazetted on 3 September 2009. The Act 700 was enforced on 1 April 2011.
